E. Wayne cooley winner kate harthoorn
L-S Senior Kate Harthoorn was recently selected as the 2026 E Wayne Cooley Scholarship winner! She was selected from a state-wide pool of so many other amazing candidates. Kate consistently represents L-S the right way, living by the 7 Habits and modeling our Hawk Best. L-S Coaches recognized
Three Lynnville-Sully coaches received recognition this past weekend at the IHSBCA Awards - Asst. Baseball Coach Stacey Alberts was named the SE District Assistant Coach of the Year, Head Baseball Coach Scott Alberts was named the 1A SE District Coach of the year for his 3rd straight year and Umpire Nick DePenning was named the SE District Umpire of the Year by the Iowa High School Baseball Coaches Association - congrats, and we are blessed to have you all at L-S!

2025 Class A District 6
L-S Football was named the 2026 District 6 Champions in Class A. This marks the 20th season as District or Conference champions. The Hawks posted an undefeated District record of 6-0. This is the 6th District championship under Coach Parkinson.
