ATHLETIC ENHANCEMENT IS THE FOUNDATION OF ATHLETICS
ACTIVITIES DEPARTMENT SUMMER GUIDELINES
Athletic Enhancement is the foundation of all L-S Athletics. Programs are focused on Speed & Strength.
Each session will last roughly 60 minutes and will take place at the Diamond Trail Fitness Center
SPLIT SESSION = 8:00-9:00 Any / 8:30-9:30 Girls (split session per student request)
L-S Athletes will be expected to workout 2-3x per week. In-Season athletes are required 2x.
In-Season athletes should face similar consequences for missing workouts as one would for practice.
Off-Season activities may offer up to 2 optional activities per week, excluding weekends.
Off-Season activities will be structured around Athletic Enhancement periods to encourage attendance.
Family Week - July 26th to August 2nd - all coach / athlete contact is prohibited including during AE workouts
